I love this week's sketch and really enjoyed making this! I'll definitely use this layout again.
I used two thin strips of Laura Ashley dp as my inspiration for the colour scheme, which is basically cream, pink and green. I don't think you can see on the photo but I added a transparent shimmer dot to the centre of each 'flower'. The pink twine came from some packaging.
Thanks so much for popping by to have a look!

simple and oh so cute! Isn't it great when you can reuse something (the pink packing twine you mentioned) and it adds that right touch of "fun and finished" to your project. tfs

I have been tempted to do this sketch too Sally, but I just don't think I could pull it off without all my embellies and layers. I LOVE CAS cards, but they don't love me for some reason. I want to get better at them because I could make cards a lot faster. You have captured the CAS sketch challenge perfectly Sally. Great colors, beautiful paper, nice clean, crisp feel and love the little center sparkles and pink twine. Hey, use whatever you can get hold of that works, that's what I say!! You did GREAT and so good to see you back and about on the gallery!! Hugs - pam

I was directed to your gallery by our mutual SCS friend, ceedee, and I'm wondering how I've missed your cards in the first place! Your work is gorgeous. I totally love this soft, feminine card - great take on the challenge!

Oh, Sally, this is so cute! I might have to outright CASE this, and can do so because I have the same stamps! Is your ribbon from packaging like mine was from? Hmmmm?? ;) (wink, wink)
