I started by stamping the En Francais BG stamp in Staz-On white (this is very subtle). Next I used the Perfect Details Texturz plate in the BS. I used the wrong side in this case (yes on purpose!). Then added the white dots with the Signo pen. Layers of Christmas Cocoa Specialty DSP have also been used. The main panel is simply stamped and a clear rhinestone brad has been added for a little bling.

Things in Franklin County must be keeping you busy because I havent seen your cards in ages. Trust me, you didnt miss a beat with this one. It's gorgeous. Love the scoring, too.
