Wow what a trip. Since I am still unemployed I was forced to start my trip by bus to New York to hop a freighter to Europe to ride in the Tour De France. I barely escaped without injuries since I was told you do NOT race on the sidewalks!!! Do they realize how old I am and how fast those awesome lean men were peddling. (Oh to be young again!) Well I know we were to have a snail but they call them escargot in France and had to make peace by giving them my stash of snails. What do you suppose they do with them!!! Soooo after not seeing any of my fellow SCS's I headed to the next stop with my froggie. By the time I arrived (freighters are very slow), the only thing left was the lifeguard my sis, mutnik, brought to the party. Froggie had such fun!!! Well being quite an attractive cow, I headed for California to put my slighty bruised body due to the bar on my man's bike (what was I thinking) in the running for the California Cow. I brought a couple of chickens I saw on the road to pad my vote just a little. Well then, sigh, I found a piece of watermellon which caught the fancy of some bees and headed for the next teapot party stop. Only one made the trip. A very close SCSer to me whose initials are 'mutnik' said I should head for the beach since there would be a lighthouse involved. Well where is everyone. I am here!!!!!
I had so much fun trying to be mutnik. This is my first sky, my first hand drawn sidewalk and my take on mutnik's famous checkered edge. It was soooooo much fun!!! This is also my first teapot challenge. I love Tuesdays!!!
Thanks you for looking. Most comments will be appreciated (inside joke and you know who you are).
Hugs to my Colorado and California sisters.

Great 5 in one card! I am not sure how much longer your crew will survive, however. I am especially concerned about the poor chicken kind of squished behind the cow. But maybe they can rest at the lighthouse - even with lights on all night.
Great sidewalk and checkerboard border.

I bet your legs are tired peddling with all that extra weight. Are those chickens plumpers? Yikes, you have been on the road, I mean sidewalk for a long time. Keep a look out for the bright light in the sky. That would be the Lighthouse you are headed for. Hope you make it soon. We might have to send one of the boats out to look for you! Oh yeah, did you happen to bring some rubber gloves for fishing? ......Love your darling Mutnik inspired scene card Sis. YOU DONE GOOD. See you soon. TFS :0)

Funny thing though; you summed up EVERY teapot tea party that I've had the pleasure of participating in!! What a great job you did on this! VERY creative! You're almost there now. I'll have dinner ready when you get there. We're having FISH!!! LOL!

Yup, this sure is a nutmeg card if there ever was one. I'll give you that, sput. I wont go so far as to say though, for an ole bag, you done good like I do with your sis. No sirree, I'm not going there. That's not how I roll these days. but I will say you've done an admirable job with your wanna b look alike sis card. I see she's sent you her implement to do the border. Oh, forgot: you probably dont know what an implement is although at your age I trust you'd be the forerunner of implements. Anyway, love how you successfully combined all those challenges. That's a pretty darn amazing thing right there, let alone all those clouds. Love the cow and the hen in the basket. Wonderfully fun card today, and I might add ... the only fun card you've uploaded today. Yes, I know who I am .. the one you mentioned above. I'm still on top of my game, so dont forget it, doll! Love your card. Really really adorable. Just goes to show you, one is never too old to learn new tricks!
