Well, it's as wet outside today as it is inside this little framed picture for today's WT challenge - no chance of an outside photo.
My base is an A2 black card, with the base trimmed off slightly so that the next embossed layer fit. The embossed layer is some sparkly blue metallic paper that came from StampMuse, embossed with D'vine Swirls. Then a small square of some Provocraft paper - Illuminations. The image was stamped on white card and coloured with watercolor pencils and added Stickles for the sea, chalk pastels for the sky and H2Os for the whale. It's framed with a piece of Maya Road chipboard which I wiped with white ink and embossed with white EP. Some Swiss-Dotted gold photo corners add another frame, and the sentiment was stamped on white card, punched out with the Word Window punch, two old gold eyelets added and popped up on foam. There are some Kaiser pearls dotted around the swirls and in the corners of the photo corners.
TFL.
