This months DD/DDA challenge is to use OWLS...texture....and NO bling!!!!
Mr. Owl....really wants to be a PIRATE!!!! So, he is doing a skit for the little birdies of the forest in his pirate costume. I added some stubble to his face to make him look a little rough. I created the hat, sword, and eye patch. Isn't he cute!!!!! I love this OWL cause he is big enough to work with and easy to cut out!!!!!
I am so thrilled....I finally have some big trees I do not have to color!!!!! When I saw this new set at CHF by Kim Hughes..The Landing Pad, I just had to have it cause I can make some fabulous trees with these branch pieces...trunks to me!!!!!
What do you think of my OWL PIRATE of the Coast?

You are quite creative! I love this card- you made the most darling tree tops as well.....The birds will be quite entertained- and safe- the common folk will be quite nervous about having such a Pirate in their midst!!!
