I needed yet another sympathy card!
Congratulations, Gloria! Your gallery is awesome!!! I had so much fun grazing through! It was hard to pick just one, but I did choose this one: CALMING TEAL SYMPATHY CAS50 by GloriousGreetings at Splitcoaststampers I really love the simplicity and elegance of this! The teal bg is just awesome and I love the clip and the ribbon treatment! Very calming and comforting. I hope I captured that same calming and soothing effect on mine as you did yours.
I used SU! Thoughts and Prayers and Best Kind of Friend stamp sets. I used a rectangle nestie for cut out for the sponging bg. I stamped the image with Stazon Jet Black. I added the senti, ribbon and ribbon slide. Boy, those slides really made the card heavy!!!
What do you think?

Not another sympathy card? You poor thing!! But you are getting SO good at making these difficult-to-do cards, Lesley. I really like how you did this one. It is sure to bring comfort. I like the color scheme, too, and that great ribbon slide.

Lesley, Lesley, Lesley, this card is just so gorgeous! I;ve had to fave it! I love your sponging and stamped images. So beautiful yet so warm and sensitive as a sympathy card. The jury's in: what a winner this is, girl.

Oh this is beautiful! The lavender really does capture that soothing, tranquil feel you wanted, and the ribbon and buckle are wonderful. Gorgeous case.

Sorry you've needed sympathy cards.... This is wonderfully done. Love the soft sponging and the hardware/ribbon look super.
