Congratulations to Susie on being today's Featured Stamper. What a gorgeous gallery; lots of inspiration. I opted for a simpler card where I kept the LO and used similar colors, yet used a different main image, BG and sentiment. I also used one of the new In-Colors to highlight them.
This is my kind of card, simple, yet has a punch to it. My card hopefully was able to achieve that. I used Tres Chic in the new Tangerine Tango as the BG on the widest horizontal panel. On top of that I went a little crazy with some sweet peaches. Stamping twice on WC paper, embossing with dark brown EP, and watercoloring with ink pads. I cut out both peaches and one leaf and popped them up at different heights using the paper tole method.
I used Creamy Caramel, Certainly Celery and Close to Cocoa to paint the leaves. I used Creamy Caramel, Groovy Guava, Tanerine Tango, and More Marigold to paint the peaches. I went back and highlighted the peach blossoms just a bit with the white pen. A strip of Tangerine Tango appears that is paper pierced. Two epoxy stickers by s.e.i. are at bottom left.
Thanks for looking and commenting on this Sunday afternoon.

wow, girl, is this ever drop dead gorgeous! Love that chocolate and brown together, but what I love most is your fruit. It's just so perfect near the top of your card. Your piercing is pretty wonderful too. Great card, girl, simply wonderful.
