For today's Ways to Use It Challenge, WT93 - Button Up. We were to use buttons in our design today, and knowing that I had all these great old buttons, I couldn't wait to stamp today -- hah, it has been an all day attempt in a major mess. First, couldn't decide what stamp set, picked out some buttons, nothing went with them, decided just to stamp and then get the button. Okay, no problem! Got the whole card assembled, found these great old buttons (thread still attached) that matched, put them on the card with glue, didn't like them, took them off, changed my mind put them back on, changed my mind again, took them off. Now the last time I took them off, it tore the paper, so now I had huge white marks on the layer, sponged it brown, too dark, put the darn buttons back on and called it quits! Thus, What a Mess!!!!

Your mess is beautiful!!! I had an equally bad time with a mal-functioning Xyron X and glue all over everything -- tried to cover it up best I could -- then I forgot the stem on my flower -- among other things I need not mention!!! Oh well -- maybe tomorrow will be better. I must say -- your card is superbly beautiful -- no complaints!!!

I wish my messes looked half as good! I love it. Great colors; I think the buttons are perfect and I would have never thought the sponging was an afterthought, it fits!
