What a beautiful day in the neighborhood! Hope your day was as brilliant as mine with glorious breezes and beautiful sun.
Our Inspiration co-hosts this week sent us on a quick trip only a few blocks from Trafalgar Square called Temperley Square couture. I must admit two things: The first is I had sticker shock at their prices and secondly, I've never seen anyone wear anything remotely close to those designs. Guess that makes a huge statement: I'm not rotten rich nor does money grow on my trees.
Anyway, once I wiped the sweat off my brow from sticker shock, I did happen upon something I am enthralled with on a too-often basis. Kimonos just seem to have my name written all over them for some reason. Here's where today's inspiration came from: http://www.temperleylondon.com/shop/...black-mix.html
I didn't care for the black design, so I opted for a lighter color, aqua.
I'm saddened my spouse is not a huge capital venture whiz because I sure would love to spend that kind of money on something a little more appropriate for this down home kind of stamper.
Enjoy your Saturday evening. Thanks Stef and Audrie for the fun challenge.

Wow, this is so beautiful! I love the stamp and how you colored it. The paper with all that texture is just lovely. I am not sure how you got those pearls to hang down like that, but that is such a pretty touch.

So beautiful Lady Anne! I too nearly fell off my chair seeing the prices for some of those outfits! I really love the rice screen texture of your your teal CS. Beautiful colouring of a beautiful image. I can see why it is in the favourites thread so many times! :-)
