MariLynn's MIX challenge was to show static electricity. I found a photo of lightning to see exactly how it might look, sponged the blue background onto white CS and then, with a very fine pointed brush and white acrylic and water, painted on the lightning. Added the white "blob" for a focal point. I stamped the trees in gray and black and clear embossed....so this isn't an embossing resist.

AH-MAY-ZING...jaw dropping AWESOME! You captured lightning to a T...You really hit that ball out of the park and clear across town on this one...I LOVE coming to your gallery... you knock my socks off on a regular basis. You need to hang this one up... in fact you should have a WALL of your beauties.....

Fabulous - you totally captured the look of lightning. I was driving across eastern Canada once and we had to pull over because of the lightning storm - it looked exactly like this!
