It was like a revisiting the past for someone who was a child in the 60's! I punched out various colored daisies, not exactly sure why I went with this color scheme! Glued them in rows across a square, trimmed and added pearls. Then framed it in burgundy, added a sentiment and burgundy ribbon, trying to keep it fairly CAS.

You've captured that daisy afghan perfectly, Bridget! That was one of the inspiration pieces that I'd "earmarked" as a possibility but others won out in the end. I'm so glad that you made this card to pay it tribute! I still may have to go back and give it a go . . . Anyway, this is absolutely lovely
