Way cool site Stef, again I might add. I chose this Pot Mitt, as it's called, for my inspiration.......details.....
I don't know, but where I come from these are called pot holders. hehe Anyway, this "pot mitt" allowed me to use some "step by step" flowers my Sister, who just happens to be the Queen for the Day all week, bought me while she was visiting. They are so cool. All you do is punch them out and popped them up. Easy peasy.
Before I did all that, I made my "pot mitt" by cutting a white cs panel, used a MS border punch then sponged the edges and did some faux stitching.
Stamped the row of flowers, colored with re-inkers and added the scor lines above to look like the IC piece.
Then put the many layers of flowers on adding pearls to the centers and one on the loop for hanging.
Popped this all up on a panel of Graphic 45 that I sponged with rusty hinge, layered with black cs then put on a white card.
Added a sheer ribbon tied with the easy bow maker and called it a card......hope you like this.....as always and I really mean it....TFL :0)!!!
Hi "Queen for the Day Sis! I bow to you.....NOT! hehe

Eeek! I could sooo CASE this card ... but I won't because it would be just wrong. Well, ahem, maybe I'll wait a good couple of months and then CASE it shamelessly! LOL
MutNut, this is beautiful! I have these exact same flowers and would never have thought to create anything as beautiful as this with them.
WOW, WOW, WOW! You and sis never cease to amaze ... huge hugs, M

Whoa, russian spy, is this ever different for you. Your floral image is so gorgeous. I love the punched whatever that's called. I love how you used the g45 and had the fork on top. Wow, this is one really gorgeous card. You transition so seamlessly from one venue to another. Fabulous, my dear friend.
