A huge congrats to one of the nicest people on SCS, Connie Jo!! You certainly deserve to be da queen today.
Connie Jo: I hope you don't mind me taking liberties on the case of one of your sweet Christmas card, but we were supposed to add a fond story to go with our card this week. Since you know Anne Ryan and we know all about the banter that goes on, I hope you won't be offended on what I did to your card. I promise I will make another one to honor your beautiful talent, but this is a contest, right?
The FruitcakeÂ’s UnFond Memories of Christmas Past:
Twas the weeks before Christmas,
And all over the site,
Were The FruitcakeÂ’s beautiful holiday cards ,
Made most every night.
The FruitcakeÂ’s cards were created with the utmost of care,
In hopes that Anne Ryan soon would be there.
Fruitcake was happy for all that she did,
While Anne Ryan was busy flipping her lid.
While The Fruitcake and cards were happily creating,
She would suffer soon from Anne RyanÂ’s berating.
Away to my cards,
I held on tight,
While Anne Ryan continued
To fill me with fright.
The Fruitcake wanted love and peace to show
While Anne Ryan continued to be her foe.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But Anne Ryan with three faces that put me in fear.
With a little more time, so scared and afraid,
I knew I was in for Anne RyanÂ’s tyrade.
So, this is my humorous story so feeble,
But I’m resting up now to fight Anne and her “people”!
Sorry Anne, I just couldnÂ’t resist this and since you
named me Fruitcake, I felt it my duty to do something with a Christmas theme since Fruitcakes are eaten mostly at Christmas.
Debzi, put on your investigative hat and make sure that you confirm that this is, in fact, Anne Ryan. The fake diamond ring, red lipstick, chin hair, fake gold purse, bloodshot eyes, rumpled thrift store clohting and sticking her tongueth out pretty much confirms it is HER, but I'll rely on your 9999 IQ to set the record straight!
Anne, itÂ’s also an opportunity to make your very SPECIAL
holiday card for December. I can now check you
off my list of Christmas cards to make.
I hope anyone who sees this hideous card will understand it's all in humor and that I really do better coloring than this. It's just I had to depict Anne in her rumpled thrift store clothes.
Thanks so much for taking a look and feel free to exit out as soon as possible!! LOL!!

OMGosh Pamzi you are someone who loves living on the edge I see. Pretty feisty if you ask me. I can see you being the little girl on the playground who used to pick on the prissy girl with the pigtails. You would yank one of those pigtails then run like H**L!!! lol Guess we won"t see you on SCS for a while....ahahhaah
Let's just say I will be sitting with baited breath on the edge of my seat to see how this one plays out. It will be the BIG Split Coast Stampers controversy plastered all over the Internet!!! I think we are in for some fun times.
But seriously, life is about having fun with your very best friends. This was certainly a highlight of my morning and I am still laughing. You are creative in more ways than just cards!!!
Bear Hugs,
Bearzi :O}

Pamzi hasn't been sighted for several hours now. Either she's in hiding or.... perish the thought....I can't even think about it! But Annie-Jo did say that she was heading off to "collect her thoughts and decide how this situation should be handled". The saga continues... Hope your will is in order Fruitflake. You know what I mean... J

OMG! I am totally ROTFLMBO, Pamski! This is hysterically funny! I especially love the sentiment, "If the Fruitcake makes one more Christmas card, I'm really gonna lose it." You and Anne always crack me up how you pick on each other.

UH, OH!! Dear Annie is going to have to deal with TWO more pages of comments on your hilarious card since she posted her comment (hilarious depending on who you are that is!!!). I hope she has made it out of her room. It really is quite an honor to be so poetically serenaded tho'... This is a real piece of work Pam!!

Ah ha, I see you must be gloating with all these comments! And to think they're all about your ridiculous poem and card. Unfortunately, I seem to bear the brunt of this ridiculous card, but I'm totally okay with that. You see, fruitcake, if I can dish it out, I sure as heck need to be able to take it, right? Well, Fruitcake, I'm taking it for the timebeing. I shall conclude with suggesting to you to watch your back, or as in my world, my people know as WYB. I see you did get some realistic suggestions - like leave your punches to heather and make sure you have a will. I cant understand those suggestions. Can you help me w/that? Too funny!
