Da Mudder made an excellent choice this week, choosing Pat Smethers as the Featured Stamper. I've long been a big fan of Pat's gallery, and knew right away which cards I would CASE in her honor. I chose ~Biker Chick~ and ~Enjoy the Ride, GF~ because I've admired both of them, and wanted to make a similar card for my little seester's birthday. She's a biking fanatic, and this stamp has her name all over it! Perfect timing too - her birthday is this week!
I kept Pat's layout, changing the cardstock colors and ribbon placement, used a border punch instead of a fence, and added some pearls. In hindsight, I should have used a lighter green for the grassy area - if I'd done that, I wouldn't have had to stamp my sentiment in the mud.
Congratulations Pat! You're gallery is a delight, and your comments and sense of humor always brighten my day!

Great job on this case of two cards! I really like your flowers too - they look like something Pat would do for sure! I know your seester will love this!

Ooooh la la Mrs Hilda Broom! How perfect is the bike for your sister's birthday. I have this image and really dont use it, but your card has reminded me of why I like it. I need to bring that back out. I love the scene you've created around your sister's bike. So impressive and so perfect for a biker sister!
