We're off to New York City today for our weekly Teapot Tuesday adventure!! We're starting the day off with Breakfast at Tiffany's, and you know what that means: this is gonna be one classy party! da Muddermark says we are to bring what we enjoy, what makes us relax, what makes us feel pampered, happy and or just oozing pure class! You can see the inspiration teapot and get the full details in the Teapot Tuesday forum:
Bertie loves hats and shoes, so she's bringing a bag full of them to share with the tea partiers. We're talking Audrey Hepburn style shoes and hats, too, so you know this will be classy stuff! What better than to pull out my Rubbernecker Fashion Icon stamp set for my creation today.
The shoes are star-studded with red glitter as is the hat with its sparkly flower. Oh, and I'm also bringing rubies for the gals as evidenced by the rubies that are adorning this classy, black quilted (scored) shopping bag (courtesy of my Cricut Plantin Schoolbook cartridge). The sentiment reads: "saw it, loved it, bought it"!!!
Bertie is going to be on her best behavior and is feeling so generous today. She'll be flinging rubies and hats and shoes for all to enjoy!
I hope you'll decide to join the party and play along with us. Just enter keywords MMTPT77 so everyone can see your creation and you can see theirs!

My mantra forever, Charlene. Such a really sweet card with those colors and yes, those wonderful images. You and Kittie created mighty fine NYC styled cards for sure.

Charlene, you rocked this challenge! Fabulous bag of goodies! Love your images and the sparkle on those hurtin' shoes! I used to wear heels like that in my younger days. That's what is wrong with my feet now!

Love your bag... and can't wait to see the lovely shoes and hats you've brought us to wear! Hey - you can fill that bag up with birthday baubles before you head home. Your DH called and said to buy whatever you wanted.

Okay, I hope no one went diving over the counters for those shoes and rubies!!! We'll all need a beautiful bag like that for our party favors. So fashionably quilted and studded - what an eye-popper!
