Congrats to TreasureOiler-Dawn-for being selected the FS this week. I've always known her gallery was awesome, so what a wonderful choice. I could live in her gallery.
I chose a more simple card to case as I'm in need of tons more Christmas cards and trying to minimize some of my more detailed cards. I chose this card to case:
.I used the same layout, but changed the patterned paper, colors and theme. When I saw the card, I instantly thought of snowflakes falling rather than the flowers Dawn had.
.I replaced her flowers with snowflakes, added aquamarine pearls to the centers and the left-hand side.
.I used my MS embossed zig zag border punch for the middle and bottom of the card and my MS snowflake punch for the large red snowflakes and an old small snowflake punch I had for the smaller ones.
.I decided to paper pierce the white layer behind the patterned paper and I popped it up on dimensionals.
.I used BoBunny patterned paper and white card stock to make this card.
.I added just a touch of diamond stickles on the tops of each part of the snowflakes for just a hint of sparkle.
.I embossed the greeting in black so it would stand out more and because I love to see it go shiny!! LOL!
Thanks so much for visiting my gallery and I'm off to try out some more Christmas card ideas. Don't worry, I have a baby card to do and a masculine birthday card coming up, so there will be little breaks in b/t Christmas cards!! LOL!!
Let me know what you think if you have a chance.

Pamelina my dear Fruitflake friend. This is wonderful. I just love these colours together... And what a punchfest with that blizzard of snowflakes and that fancy border. Love the pearls and the pierced borders. Lovin' all those awesome Christmas creations but this one is one of my faves. Your creativity is amazing!

Fruitcake, what a gorgeous card! Wow, despite the chaos in your kitchen, you can still churn out one heck of a fabulous card. Love the red snowflakes and those punched edges. Yikes, you put a lot of time in your cards w/all these amazing details!
