I made this for today's technique challenge - Acetate treat box....
The acetate I used was recycled - it was a lid from my Costco ribbon box.....
I used my Martha Stewart punch for the scallops. stitched around the edges. Made the tag, Stamped "For You" with stazon jet black on vellum, tore the papers and sewed around edges. I stamped the flower using whisper white on purely pomegranate. cut out and attached with button brads. Used four different colours of the fibers - they matched my dp very well. I braided the fibers together and attached the tag. Filled the box with buttons and fibers. This will go to a friend who is hosting a quilting retreat - it will go into the goodie box.

I was hoping when you said in the title "for you" that you meant it was for me! This is lovely and I *love* the fuzzy ribbon at the top. Isn't there something wonderful about a stash of buttons? Whoever gets it in the end is sure to love it!
