This is my entry for the Limited Supplies Challenge, which called for making a card without any extra tools. This was probably easier for us newbies than for you gals that have all the tools, but even something as simple as punching a hole for brads with the point of a pencil was a challenge!
I stamped the yellow background with white Pigment ink. I had gotten this stamp a couple of weeks ago and couldn't wait to use it but I was disappointed with it when I got to use it. The style is more impressionistic than the DP I had in mind to use with it. (sigh) oh well.... it is springy, and that's what I wanted.
I tried Marky's Mom's dots for the first time with my new pen, but what I learned was that I should practice this technique before doing it on a challenge card! Oh well.... the dots in the ribbon called for dots so I had to try!
This was a fun challenge. Hope you like it?

This is just 'so' perfect: I love how the bg colors match the flower colors and then you went and brought in a soft subtle color in such a creative way! My compliments. this is sensational.

I think this is just lovely. The colors are so uplifting. Even tho' I live in Arizona, and we don't get the dreary winters I used to experience back east, there is still nothing that warms my heart more than a spring card and tulips or daffodils. This is a beautiful card and you did fantastic on the challenge.
