Congrats to Pauline, the newest Featured Stamper! What a lovely gallery she has! I chose THIS to case. I kept the heart and layout, but I used different colors, a die cut instead of an image and made mine an A2 instead of square.
I brayered a background w/ a rainbow pad then stamped the marbled feather image on top. Then I die cut the large rectangle & the large Heart out of it. I hand cut a slightly larger heart out of black to border the marbled heart.
The Love was die cut twice out of white & once out of black to shadow it, then the 2 white die cuts stacked on top for dimension before the black cut was added a little lower. The U & arrow dies were done the same way (except reversed colors) & added below the heart.
Congrats again, Pauline! Closeups & the inside are on my blog: The Write Stuff

This is beautifully done, Julie and LOVE that background stamp! I would have guessed it was designer paper if I hadn't read your description. Love the die cuts you added!

Julie, this is amazing. The color and design are sooo cool and pretty and seem to be lit from within. Beautiful work! I love the idea of cutting in white and black for shadowing - not sure why I haven't thought of that before. TFS your lovely card! Hugz

Julie, this so reminds me of a Rick James' song from way back ... with some verses ....an arrow through my heart. You're very creative with your dies and your rainbow colors on the panels is exceptional.
