For today's TLC challenge ~ TLC487 Faux Enamel
Instructions for the flower are in the challenge thread.
I made the feather by using various metallic and Verdigris embossing powders.
The blue is a leftover from the most recent VSN to use the Salted Background technique. So I can't remember what inks I used, but I do remember this is the first time I've ever tried it on glossy card, and I love the look it gives - slightly glazed, and with a crystal pattern on it. Totally different to doing it on watercolour paper as I have before!
I embossed the white layer, added the salted background, sponged the edges with blue. Decided to add the kraft scallop. Not sure why the sentiment looks crooked since I did use a Stamp-a-ma-Jig for it. Ho hum...

You are okay with verse---LOL as feather is slanted so of course you made the other side symetric. Love the feather and even more your flower---great card and neat techniques!

I can't decide which I like more - the flower, the feather, or the salted background. The card is awesome!
