I decided to CASE this one SC298 Twinkle by morningsun47 at Splitcoaststampers
but decided to add a bit of a 'mature' twist. I don't have any sweet little girl images but I figured I could use this image instead.
I tried to stay with the layout and theme but changed the image, the papers and altered the layout a bit.
Anne, once again you have proven that you are the perfect Royal Spinner.
