A sympathy card. I was inspired to use B Burgandy on Blush Blossum by one of leslierich's newer cards. Thank you Leslie for the idea. I versamarked and then clear embossed the oval frame. One poinsettia flower was cutout for a dimensional flower. I also heated the dyed ribbon and went over the "thinking of you" with my black ink marker to make it stand out more. Thanks for looking.

The embossed Canvas on this adds so much texture and the one popped out flower is perfectly placed. You did a really nice job going over the letters with your marker--something I probably would have messed up big time! Along with the ribbon and the eyelets this card really has alot of depth and interest!

Once again, you amaze me by how you think "outside the box." I like that you didn't take the mat all the way to the edge of the card--that you let some of the floral background "spill" out around the edges. I would have been too symmetrical and tried to take it to the edges--and it wouldn't have worked. What you did was just perfect. Such a pretty card.
