This is my card for today's challenge as set by Bev to show the bottom (and optional edges) of our cards some extra love.
This was a base to fit a business size envelope, but with limited supplies of the green paper I had to trim about 1/2" off the bottom.
I covered the base with some old Basic Grey (Perhaps) and stamped the ornaments on more of the same with Fired Brick. Scalloped the bottom of the green panel.
Big problems - gold EP wouldn't stick to my brand new Versamark pen, one gold pen didn't show enough, the leafing pen has got a bit blunt. So I stitched over the leafing pen end result with gold embroidery floss. Added green ribbon, a gold cord bow and another scalloped border at the bottom, then dressed them up with silver half-pearls. Decided the top looked a bit unbalanced, so I added a scalloped edge up there too.
And I found a brief window of opportunity for an outdoor photo when the rain stopped for all of 5 minutes!
ETA - no wonder the EP wouldn't stick - I pulled out a blender pen instead of the Versamark pen, which had rolled under my monitor stand.

What a beautiful Christmas card!! I love the ornaments and I love the clever design you came up with when one, two or more things didn't look quite right to your eye. Well, this looks just perfect to my eye. Love it! tfs
