Wow, with the chaos of the holidays finally behind me, I discovered some new found time! Given that, I knew I really wanted to join in the FS challenge for our illustrious IC Challenge Moderator, Smilyn Stef.
Stef, however belatedly my congratulations comes, I was elated you were selected to be FS151!
I had much difficultly decided on which card to case. Each and every one of your cards is a delight in and of itself. After careful consideration, I finally decided on this one with a few changes:
THINGS CHANGED:
1. changed the circles to a rectangle
2. changed the them
3. added mesh and a divoga clip
Hope you had a wonderful day and week as our FSer, Stef. You've arrived and rightfully so!
Thanks Stamp Muse for the Divoga clip!

I loved that card of Stef's and love your take on it! I love the "vintage-ness" of your card...the papers, the clip and the ribbon-mesh embellishment are put together so handsomely. Just wonderful!!
