I finally got to make a card for the Mothermark Teaparty #65, hooray! We were to bring something colorful to offset the Blacken White house. So I brought a trellis of flowers and a butterfly. You can find the thread for the Tea Party Challenge here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers and be sure to play along!
I was inspired by the platter found here for the IC204: http://stores.preciouspossessions.com/Detail.bok?no=425. The vines were created from twisted wire ribbon and they just looked lonely against white cardstock, so I stamped and embossed the background with a lattice bg stamp. The butterfly was created using the Black Magic technique and highlighted with Stickles.
I struggled with the layout, but this card was basically easy peasy!!!
Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day!

This is beautiful M. I love the way you rolled the ribbon. Gorgeous butterfly. It looks like it could just jump off the card and fly.. SUper creation.. I have not been on SCS much and have missed your creations.
