What a fun and inspiring site that was - and I loved all the Flash animations. But in the end, I went back to the first thumbnail Anne shared with us. I didn't have all the colours to match it. Don't know why this reminds me so much of our trip to Barcelona a few years back, but it certainly does.
I'll have to make a custom envelope for this. The base is black card cut with the largest scallop circle Nestabilities, leaving three scallops above the fold line. I also cut a scalloped circle in gold, and punched it with 1/8 and 1/16 punches. The rest is just different circles cut from Core'dinations and layered off centre. I was going to use the dinky little Eiffel Tower grater and lay it on top - but my Eiffel Tower stamp is bigger than this little card. So I found a Prima that was perfect, added a pink brad and popped it up on a little strip of folded card.I added handcut stem and leaf; I marked veins on the leaf with a white marker and then with Sakura Stardust pens, and bent it slightly down the centre vein. It's so bright and sunny that I think I need to try to get a better picture later. Not complaining...
