Cool colors today! ......I keep reading in the comments about the amount of snow some of you have been getting. So today my card might help you with that. I have listed the steps to building a snowman.
1. Hike up a small hill. (snowshoes might help)
2. Be sure you have your mittens on, then make a small snow ball and roll it down the hill.
3. Repeat the above three times.
4. Stack the now much larger snowballs bending your knees as you pick them up, then embellish with whatever you have on hand.........or find on the ground......or on your feet.
5. Have fun and think of me! :0)
Hope this helps you all deal with the snowy weather you might be having. Unfortunately for me, I just have cold temperatures, no snow! The temperatures are going up for a few days. We might see the 50's or 60's before they go back down. Oh well..........brief details....
Stamped my snowshoes from Clear Dollar Stamps on my panel, clear ep them. Colored them with Faber Castel Pen. Stippled garden green around them.
Drew my snowballs and mitten on the panel and some extras on another panel so I could cut them out and pop them up. Colored and shaded with acrylic paint.
Sponged brillant blue on the edges and for the sky. Had a little trouble because I only have the re-inker. Put my panel on a white card sponged garden green and doodled the edges.
Put together my snowman and popped him up on front with a couple of the rolling snowballs. I put a cube of ice (dew drop) on his hat, but it must have melted because you can barely see it! LOL.......Well, what do you think?............TFL :0)

Wow..clever girl. Love the snowshoes for the hands, feet and nose of your snowman. Thanks for the how-to instructions on building a snowman. I may need to borrow those snowshoes for tommorow when I go to work and deliver everyone's mail.

This is very cute. I love your coloring technique. Can you send some snow this way when you get it. My kids are missing it. We used to live in Minnesota.

THis is so funny! I love your snowman but I have to tell you, I thought the brown things were waffle cones. I couldn't figure out why they were stuck all over your snowman. But hey, I grew up in a beach town w/ lots of palm trees. What do I know about snow?
