Yeah!!! I was finally able to do a challenge card! This is for last week's sketch challenge. I loved the sketch when I saw it and I was finally able to make something for the challenge!
I used a variety of stamp sets for this card. I used Starstruck for the stars in the panels and as a stamped-off background on the center panel (all stamped in sage shadow ink). I used my 3/4" circle punch for the stars on the panels, then I distressed the edges and ran then in chocolate chip ink. For the sage shadow panels, I used the Boho Backgrounds in stamped-off chocolate chip ink. I stamped the Sanded background over the Boho images in creamy caramel ink. I also used Sanded bg in choc. chip ink on the creamy caramel card front, AND on the sentiment panel with stamped-off creamy caramel. I stamped the sentiment (from True Friend) over the Starstruck and Sanded images on the very vanilla center panel. I added paper piercing around the edge of the center panel and the sage panels. I also distressed the bottom layer of the central panel. I added brads to the corners of the center panel and to the centers of the stars. The stars are adhered to the Outlaw dsp squares with dimensionals. The center panel is also up on dimensionals.
This description was as clear as mud, huh?!?!
Thanks for looking and muddling through my babbling!

Wow, Dorothy.... what a wonderful, masculine card. Love the colours, all the different stamps you used, the little circles with stars and brads, distressed edges..... great job with the sketch challenge. tfs
