This was a very nice sketch,Roxi. Thanks for keeping on bringing 'em! I wanted to do a card of this type for a lovely woman who is having a most difficult surgery today. Red is her favorite color so it wasn't hard to select papers for my challenge.
The brocade papers are from MME 29th St. The larger one is 'Peaceful Life' Lively Scroll/Fountain of Youth paper. The sentiment is inked on the youth side with TH di walnut stain and embossed in clear. I used Spellbinder rectangles and dry embossed this also. The smaller panel is Bright "Original" Self Scroll. I stamped the prayer sentiment (Crafty Secrets) in same walnut stain. The yellow mats on both panels are BG Perhaps 'East of the Sun'. Again I used varying Spellbinders to cut the panels. The adorable cherub is an old Rubber Stampede image inked in walnut stain and stamped on SU river rock. I cut and popped the wings, using Spica glitter pen and a Sakura stardust pen too. I added a snipped to lace to the underside of the main sentiment and a gorgeous piece of wide organza underneath. The card base is SU soft sky onto which I stamped a Papyrus Judikins bg inked in soft sky.
So let me know what you think...and I'll thank you in advance to your comments.

Susan, this is so wonderful! I am sure your friend will really appreciate it! I hope all goes well with the surgery. Where to start with what I love about this? The colors, the papers, the sweet cherub, the lace, the organza - those are just a few!
