Hello, here's another card I made for Melanie's challenge. I tried to make this one simple but of course I got a little carried away!
The card base is blue bayou, then bare banana, then white. I embossed the corners of the white with fancy corners EF. I didn't care for the gap down the middle with no embossing, so I embossed a small panel with swiss dots to cover it...it looks much better!
The center squares were made with marvy scallop punches.
I stamped the basket with black stazon, and coloured with SU markers & Ink. I stamped the butterfly 2 times. Coloured him in & covered him with dazzling diamonds. Then I punched him out with a circle punch. I trimmed one edge so you can still see the basket handle. He's popped up.
I also added liquid pearls to the flower centers...It's still wet. The ribbon is SU dbl. stitch in blue bayou. The scalloped panel is popped up.
I didn't add a sentiment, because I think this could be used for several occasions. I'll wait til I need it to decide, and I can always add something inside.
