Great sketch, Amber...I know it scratched my thinking cap.
I will be brief...it is so late, DH may be getting up before I ever come to bed...oh my! I have only recently begun to play with acetate...now how much fun is that? I loved the idea of putting Miss Liberty (Rubber Stamps of America) behind the dream frame. As luck would have, it was the perfect size for the panel. I stamped with Stazon jet black. punched holes and threaded some obscure brown/black twisted cord and knotted the ends. I inked the Liberty with VersaColor black and embossed with verdigris ep. I cut and popped onto the square panel. My stars paper is MME 29th St Market Classic Unique 'shining star/moulding clay paper' I cut some of the stars out to add dimension to my card. The distressed stripe embossing folder was used on SU river rock that I lightly further distressed with VersaMagic chalk inks. I added big eyelets in the corners and mounted on a piece of dark chocolate double mates cs.
I love how she looks...still welcoming people today who have a dream of what life can be in America! Let me know what you think...and thanks

I don't even know where to start to tell you what I love about this! What a combination of rich textures and images. The stars absolutely make this perfect for me!
