I purchased this Expressions In Ink layout stamp in Zoar, Ohio at my favorite stamp store - The 1870 Shoppe - Stamp Pad. You can check out June's newsletter here: http://www.thestamppad.blogspot.com/ She was showing this technique, so of course I just had to do it too! I stamped, embossed and masked the zinnia flower three different times giving the appearance that one flower is over top of the other. Then colored each one in a different color. This actually brought back a very fond memory of all the zinnia's my father used to plant in his big flower garden in the center of our circular driveway. They were all different colors and SO beautiful ... there were always all types of butterflies around that garden .... aaawww, such sweet memories! Back to the card ... Hope you like it! TFL

Can't believe this doesn't have more comments/views than it does. it's gorgeous. You've done a fabulous job with the masking, a technique i've yet to try out. The card itself is very eye-catching and just stunning. I can't believe it's the same flower, they all look so different!!! Kudos...
