This is my submission for CC167: Certainly Celery, Soft Sky and Blue Bayou. I am out of Certainly Celery (I use it so much) so I substituted Wild Wasabi. It's pretty close!
This was a quick easy card and is so simple in it's design, but I like the feel of it. I Stamped into VersaMark then Blue Bayou, then clear heat embossed. I then stamped individual flowers into VersaMark and lightly overstamped around the main image, then with a sponge dauber I lightly touched Blue Bayou onto those flowers. I was going for a very faint ethereal feel. I like what I got. When I was stamping the sentiment, the edge of the rubber (which was not trimmed close at the manufacturer) stamped a mark on both sides of "joy" so to cover that I stamped the tiny dragonfly peg stamp from Rubberstamp Tapestry. I think that covered it pretty well.
I wanted to add more, but didn't want to detract from this, so I left it. What do you think?

I think it is perfect. I love the embossing. I have never tried it that way. The cover up is perfect. I had one of those marks on mine today too. I stamped it 4 times and finally just gave up. Sometimes you have to reach that point of acceptance. YKWIM. This is lovely. TFS
