I cut cardstock 7 in by 6 1/2 in. I scored the 6 1/2 length at 3 and 6 inches and folded at same. I folded the little strip to the inside and glued the bottom just to seal. This started out from the ribbon pull template, but I wanted a greeting on the inside and I wanted the candy bar to rise up on it's own, so to speak, so I altered the Pull ribbon card in resources (I think). I made my own measurements to fit the hershey bar I had. I don't have a slot punch so I used my scalpel blade and cut a rectangle shape slit at the top through both layers a little wider than my ribbon. I also added tape to the inside (for support when it is pulled) to both slits and recut the tape. I cut the 1 1/2 inch piece to wrap all the way around with overlap to edge. I then threaded the ribbon pretty side facing out, through the slot and it makes a bridge in the middle. I measured the end to go down the back where the 1 1/2 in strip will cover and sticky taped the ribbon down first. I did not use any glue on the front of strip and placed it on top of the ribbon and wrapped it aroud to the back and sticy taped it over the ribbon on the back. I cut out two of the shapes for the pull and sticky taped them to the front and back at the end of the ribbon on the front. I placed my hershey bar on top of the bridge of ribbon and pushed it gently down while feeding the ribbon through the front. I actually did this before I applied the pull tab so I could judge how far down it should be. When you pull the ribbon down the candy bar rises up magically. I cut a rectangle to fit on top of my candy and used rounded corner punch to finish it. Embellish and you have a treat and nice teacher thank you.
