Tell me honestly what you would charge for this card. The colors are much prettier IRL. Keep in mind that I live in the country and people won't pay "city" prices!

I charge $5. for 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 cards, $4 for the regular 5 1/2 x 4 1/4. I live in a populated area near Austin, but a lot of the craft shows are in smaller towns around here. If I sell to individuals on special order, I go up or down depending on the work. I'd pay $5 for this gorgeous card in a heartbeat.

Ditto ~ it's beautiful, but I also live in a rural area ~ maybe $3.50 is a bit less intimidating? TFS this absolutely gorgeous card!

This card is simply beautiful. Your coloring is over the top. I haven't sold any cards (or even bought any recently), but I would think that $3.50 to $4.00 sounds about right.

Beautiful card! My small cards 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 go for up to 3.50 and my 5 x 7 cards both hand stamped and/or photograghy cards or combination or both are 4.00. Some are hand stamped inside some are not. I have sold at these prices to friends and at local craft shows recently around the Dayton, Ohio area. Again the more detailed the higher the price. Some very simple small note cards starting at 1.00 and up. I would definately price yours at 3.50 to 4.00. Love your card!

Your card is beautiful. I chose it to submit my first comments on a card. I just worked on my profile tonight, so I will see if this works.
I think you should charge according to the work and materials. Have you ever figured up how much a card costs to make? There's the card stock, stamps, ink, tape, embellishments, envelope, markers, cutting blades etc. Layers always add more cost. I made some cards recently with 8 eyelets and some with 8 brads. I figured the brads/eyelets cost me around 50 cents per card. I also made some with 12 layers and others that were embossed and watercolored that took me over an hour each to make. So...it all depends on whether you are charging for cost of material or time or both. I think it is very hard to get a true value for all the hard work put into cards. But best wishes to you in your endeavor to sell them.

Great card!
I do 4 or 5 craft fairs a year, for where I am in Northern NJ, I have different sets of cards, I have all the basics cards that are cuttlebug'd and some shiny papers and some bling. I go by how long it takes me to make them and the cost, but once I have a design I make 10 - 15 of them. I always think you will never get really reimbursed on a card for time most people send them out. I sell my cards $3 each or 2 cards for $5. I will normally make around $150 at each fair, I tend to look at the bigger picture when pricing. But I also have a pile that cost $3 or $3.50 each but have them clearly marked in clear envelopes.
