I love the look of the scalloped cards, but I don't own any of the die cutting systems, and when I use my 3/16" corner rounder on and entire card I can never get the corners just how I want them to work with a fully scalloped card. I traced my class brass Priceless template with a versamarker and cut my scallops that way.

WOW! Such a sweet card! There's gotta be someone out there that sells big scallop scissors...where are they?! I don't own any die cutting systems either....
