I had never heard of a 'reverse topper card' but I sure thought it was cool!
I used my Coluzzle to cut the semi-circle out of the front of the card. I left it connected to flip up from the back to put the scalloped circle on. When you open the card, you can see the scalloped circle in the inside.
This card had to be really simple because I am sending it along with a few clear stamps and blocks to a teenager who was in a car accident and was seriously injured. She is now legally blind, but can see right in front of her. She is starting to get into stamping, but is very much a beginner. I didn't want to 'overwhelm' her with too much - just keep it simple. I like 'clean and simple' anyway!
Thanks for looking!!
