Whew!! I finally finished all my baby announcements (started in March 2007, finished in early October 2007 - that's with working part time and taking care of two kids). I mailed all of them in October (so i'm all done!! WOO HOO!!) I made 120 of them.
Here are the measurements:
Pocket: 4 1/4" x 11" (8 1/2" x 11" cut vertically)
score at 5 1/2" and 1 1/2" Use brads to secure pocket.
Insert/Pullout - 3" x 4 7/8" (this makes it perfectly fit into the pocket.
i used the small corner rounder punch and the round tab punch. I also used the large oval punch for the sentiment. I outlined the layer for the large oval punch, traced on cardstock, cut out each creamy caramel layer, then distressed edges, and rolled on chocolate chip ink pad (to make the edges darker).
Also, I tied 120 knots on all those bears (that I cut out with my paper snips), so I will be putting together a photo step-by-step on tying the perfect knot.
