Sharon, I've been waiting to see what you do with this Penguin and you didn't disappoint me! This is super wonderful! I love the pull toy card (very creative) and I love your coloring too. TFS

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
I love the pull toy card, Sharon. Such a crative little twist for this big guy. Your coloring is wonderful. I think you are a little hard on yourself (per comment on DDA thread). I looked to see what kind of brush you since you say you feel challenged a bit with coloring. I have never been successful using an aqua pen. They are too unpredictable. Too dry or too wet. I found it much easier to paint and get consistant texture by using a good old fashioned watercolor brush and by mixing water and reinker right in the lid of inkpad. Give it a try. I think you may find watercoloring much less intimidating and that it is not as hard as the aqua pen makes it. Just my humble opinion, of course. SweetMissDaisy and many others use nothing else but the aqua pens!
