The ovals and rectangle were cut and embossed with Nestabilities dies. The stamp is from a Studio G set from JoAnn's. I sponged a little bit of Versamark on the edges of the blue rectangle, and used silver embossing powder on it. The background is done with my BIGkick and a Fiskars texture plate.
I printed the "Happy Hanukkah" on vellum on my ink jet printer and embossed it with silver embossing powder. Voila!
