I borrowed the Summer by the Sea stamp set from a friend so I could practice my watercoloring. I used SU! Watercolor Pencils and Aquapainter to color this sweet image. (It reminds me of my son, who's 14 years old now.)
After I colored the image, I highlighted parts of the sand with Stickles, doodled a frame (yes, the wiggles are deliberate) around the boy and layered it on Blush Blossom and Cool Caribbean.
I stamped the sentiment on Sapid dp (Mellow Collection) with Chocolate Chip, which is layered the same as the main image. The sheet of Harvested dp (Mellow Collection) is perfect with the colors I used, so I just highlighted one corner with an extra large eyelet.
(By the way, if you're wondering where I got that sentiment, it's party of SU's So Many Sayings stamp set. Instead of mounting the three stamps, I cut them apart and mounted them individually. Love it!)
So, what do you think? I really love to hear from my SCS friends. TFL - Regina
