The hat ladies were stamped and colored with markers and a blender pen, then cut out. Their hats and dress are highlighted with glitter gel pens. I attached them with foam tape to another white panel with inks applied DTP, the greeting was stamped then drawn over with a red glaze pen.
The long bg also had inks applied DTP. I waited a few minutes, then stamped an ornament with white Brilliance. I covered it with white ep and found that the ep stuck mostly to the background and not to the images stamped with the Brilliance. IRL it gives kind of a snowy effect. I dotted red glitter glue around the border, layered and attached this to DP from daisyd's. The 3 ornaments I stamped then colored over with glaze pens and dotted with glitter glue. TFL

OMG, I love that awesome image...I also love your corner design with the two punched corners accented with the brads and how you placed the sentiment!! The hanging ornaments are just too cute...love everything about this fabulous card!!

Great card! I like the image. I wonder did they arrive at the party wearing those hats, or did too much to drink help them acquire the hats along the way?
