I painted on Tempting Turquoise and Green Galore as my base watercolors for the Foxy Oxi technique. I also colored the fish with my watercolor pencils and used Stickles to add sparkle to all the fish, bubbles and some of the seaweed.

Thanks so much...I really wish I could take credit for the seaweed but I can't...there is a very brilliant stamper out there that did it first but I can't remember where I saw it, but my guess is that it was here on SCS since I pretty much live on this site! If I find it again I will definitely post their name here!

What a great card! And how timely, because I'm waiting for this set to arrive at my door any minute! I had to look up the stamp set in the catalog to realize how you did the seaweed. Very clever and thanks for passing along the great idea. I have some Smackin Acetate backgrounds left over in these colors that would work great for CASEing this! TFS. Linda
