this challenge to use mostly designer paper was the perfect opportunity to use some of those papers that have a large design. i've been wanting to use this basic grey 'partridge in a pear tree' from the dasher collection, but the design is so large, there's barely any room left for stamping. and i ended up not doing any, lol!
i cut out part of the tail, and cut away some of the background, leaving it overlap the ribbon and coordinating pattern.
the 'bling' for the second challenge doesn't show up well in the photo. the paper has a little white dot in the pattern and i put a little touch of frosted crystal stickles in each one, and also in the bird's eye.
