princessink posted some of her cards a while ago using this technique. The website below is a link to a woman who teaches it. Gamsol is a kind of odorless mineral spirits used in oil or acrylic painting. I had to find mine at an art store rather than Micheal's. The Gamsol "melts" the wax in regular colored pencils so you can blend them really nicely.
