I got lucky this time. No, you can't really see the shimmer of the blue background, but you can see the shimmer on the snowman's face.
I used the same Sky Blue Radiant Rain spray for the blue background, and the new Glimmer Mist spray (Snowflake) on the snowman. Baby Blue Stickles was applied to the sign as well as the snow at the bottom of the card.
The fence comes from Cornish Heritage Farms - Plank Fence Backgrounder (SL-3203WUM). This is exactly the fence I have needed for so long! You can see their huge selection of backgrounds here:

Love that fence stamp. Isn't Glimmer Mist fun??? Your snowman looks great in front of the fence... very cute. And the blue background color is perfect.
