I decided to use woodworking/handyman type supplies for this challenge as my non-traditional embellishments. I'm not sure how I feel about the final product, but it sure is heavy! The flower petals are made from router biscuits, the center of the flower is the cut-off end of an earplug, the fabric strips are shop rags cut up and sponged with ink, and there are washers on the four corners of the sentiment panel. I pointed out to my husband that he has a lot of stuff in little bins and drawers in the garage for his hobby; he laughed and said that all the things I used probably cost about 25 cents, as opposed to what I typically spend on crafting supplies. (Also, this is a bit of a CASE on a card made by Julia S: Daisy Birthday by Julia S at Splitcoaststampers )

I don't know what router bisquits are, but they sure do make a pretty flower! I suppose you will have to hand carry this one due to the weight! It sure turned out to be a nice card though!!! Great job!
