This card's layout was inspired by a card on pg 141 of the current cattie.
The patterned papers are all non-SU CS I 'had to have' and have been hoarding. The background glitter paper dictated my color-scheme. The orange-striped paper is 'modge-podged' onto the chipboard circle. The 'nameplate' chipboard piece was inked up with a Pixie Pink Craft spot.
Chipboard pieces were 'edged' with a Chocolate Chip marker.
Scalloped circle: Cut a large circle with the coluzzle then 'scallop' using a corner rounder punch (with positioner removed); white dots are from a white gel pen.
The flower was stamped with Black StazOn, color applied with Prismacolor pencils then blended with a Gamsol-dipped stump. The flower is up on dimensionals.
I tried something different in my final mounting of layers. I was going to center the Pixie Pink CS onto the Only Orange CS, but saw it laying offset like this... and decided this appealed more to my eye than the fully centered approach after playing around with it somemore.
