I used gold ink to stamp the dragonflies (the medium size stamp has several d'flies on it) onto teal paper (source: not sure).
The gold net-like paper is wrapped around a square of either cardstock or a paint chip and taped in place on the back.
The punched out dragonfly was done on glassine paper (I have several boxes of something called weighing papers in various sized squares.) I first painted the glassine with Twinkling H20s.
This card was probably made 2-3 years ago so I no longer recall all the details. Thanks for looking and ...

This is really pretty! I'm not a dragonfly enthusiast but you did a really nice card here and I may have to try a little harder to use my dragonfly stamps. Thanks for the inspiration.
