I got my new Tiny Bubbles Cuttlebug embossing folder and had to try it out and this card has been in my mind since I ordered it last week.
The water and sky are done with a polished stone effect on high gloss cardstock. I kept spraying alcohol on the sky until I got the color blend I wanted. The water looks better in real life but after about twenty photos I gave up.
The waves are drawn using a template and hand cut.
Stickles are added to the orange strip on the fish and also on the sentiment ovalÂ’s bubbles.
The fish are colored with artist brush and re inkers.
